Inner Peak supports your students through four core features sPANNING ALL 3 TIERS OF SUPPORT:

Interactive journal & therapist videos

Students complete a regular 2-5 question check-in (wellness, sleep, fitness, emotional state, etc.) on the web or mobile app. Customize your questions and the frequency students complete it (recommended 1-3x / week)

Teachers and counselors access our live-updating dashboard with check-in data

Regular check-ins & Skill-building activities

Our interactive journal is available 24/7 to help students think through their challenges. The journal does not provide advice - it only guides students to the best-fitting video created by Inner Peak’s clinical team. The journal has 14 “modalities” that engage in different ways: compassionate, direct, sports-metaphors, etc.

Schedule a session with a real therapist

Students can request a session with a therapist that accepts their parents’ insurance.

Parental consent is secured, and then live care navigators help find a mental health provider that meets students financial and wellbeing needs.

Crisis IDENTIFICATIOnFLAGGING & SUPPORT

If a student uses concerning language, we assess risk using the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale questionnaire before pushing the student to a crisis resource and notifying the school (if during the school day) and/or emergency contact.
